For Users of Xerebrus Inc. Flare XM-1 Lamps

The MSHA labels found on the lamp may become loose and/or become removed from the lamp. MSHA requires that lamps that are missing the MSHA labels should be removed from service, inspected by Xerebrus or an authorized CSE Corporation representative and a new label installed before they are put back into service.

Please contact your LOCAL OR REGIONAL DISTRIBUTOR to arrange for the labels to be reapplied to the affected lamp.
